Sustainability

The design of One Beverly Hills will incorporate environmentally sustainable features in order to achieve at a minimum LEED® Silver certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Rating System.

Site-specific architectural features will harness controlled daylight and prevailing westerly breezes to create naturally illuminated and ventilated interiors.

State-of-the-art greywater reclamation technology will be integrated throughout the project to maximize the reuse of the site’s precious water resources.

Sustainable native landscaping and weather-based irrigation systems will significantly decrease irrigation needs.

Advanced technologies, including passive heating and cooling systems and high-efficiency/low-energy LED light fixtures, will reduce overall electricity consumption.
